Prekindergarten - Mrs. O'Hearn, Jenaye Ross
 
Jenaye tries her best to maker her work very neat.  She is very friendly and social.  Jenaye is very obedient and loving and has a respectful and obedient attitude.  She is very sweet, cheerful and loving.  I love her helpful and willing attitude.  I am so proud to nominate her for Student of the Month.

Kindergarten - Mrs. Fry, C.J. Bobo
 
C.J. is a bright student who always does his best.  He is a polite and kind young man.  He is always ready to volunteer to help with anything.  He is kind to his friends and a role model in the class.  C.J. loves the Lord and the Lord shines through C.J.  I am so blessed to have him in classhe is most deserving to be our Student of the Month.

3rd Grade - Mrs. Medaris, Ivana Pease
 
Ivana is quiet, courteous and shows respect for everyone around her.  She is conscientious about her work.  She is always willing to help others.  She has a sweet spirit and gentle nature.  Ivana is quite deserving of the honor to be a GCA Student of the Month.

7th Grade - Mr. Stevenson, Oluwaranti Oginni
 
Oluwaranti is working hard and a very pleasant student to be around.  She is obedient and tries her best to adhere to school rules.  She is quiet and has a sweet, gentle spirit.  Oluwaranti displays a pleasant attitude towards teachers and authority.  We are so proud to nominate her as Student of the Month.

PS - Mrs. Garthe, Taylor Taykowski

Taylor always does her best work.  She is kind, respectful and obedient.  Taylor is a joy to have in preschool.  She has a positive attitude and is very kind to her friends.  She is obedient and respectful toward her teachers.  I appreciate her gentle spirit and sweet disposition.  It is my pleasure to nominate Taylor for Student of the Month.

2nd Grade - Miss Sloan, Brianna Perkins

Brianna always tries her hardest when it comes to her work.  She love God so much and it shines through her!  Brianna is very helpful to everyone and tries her best!  She is a total joy to have in class and is very well liked by all.  I love her sweet spirit and gentle nature.  Brianna most definitely deserves to be GCA Student of the Month.

4th Grade - Mrs. Wilkinson, A'Janae Moore

A'Janae is loved and respected by all her classmates.  Although she is very quiet, she has become an example - and a leader- on doing the right thing and making good choices.  She gets along with everyone.  She is hard working and asks questions to make sure she understands.  Even when her classmates compliment and voluntarily use her as an example of how they need to respond to situations, she is always humble and loving.  I am so proud to nominate A'Janae as Student of the Month.

8th Grade - Mrs. Thompson, Ashley Richardson

Ashley shows a great love for God.  She motivates others to worship, praise and live a life pleasing to Him through example.  Ashley is a hard worker.  She is diligent in her studies and works to her potential.  She is extremely thoughtful and compassionate to her peers.  She is a model student both in the classroom and out.  I am pleased to nominate Ashley as Student of the Month.

PK - Mrs. O'Hearn, Sophia Black

Sophia always participates in class, especially in Bible!  She is very respectful and obedient.  Sophia is very cheerful and has a great attitude.  She is truly a joy to have in class.  It is my pleasure to nominate her for Student of the Month.

1st - Mrs. Smith, Abbey Bishop

Abbey never complains or gives us when doing her work.  She attacks all of her work by doing her best.  She knows the Word of God and exemplifies His Word when interacting with her peers.  She always has a good word or kind thought for others when they have a bad day.  Abbey is a very caring and sweet young lady who is kind to everyone.  It is my pleasure to nominate her as Student of the Month.

5th - Mrs. Jouett, Brandon Midden

Brandon is an exemplary student!  He strives to do his best and is quick to offer help to his classmates and teachers.  He is a talented young man and also has a great sense of humor.  He is an asset to fifth grade and a pleasure to have in our class.

8th - Mrs. Thompson, Kristianna Pirrie

Kristianna is an excellent student.  She works hard and is rewarded with good grades and success.  She openly shows her love for God through her conversation, actions and concern for others.  She is well respected and well liked by her peers.  She is truly an example of a GCA Student of the Month.

PS - Mrs. Garthe, Alaya Pope

Alaya is a student that I can count on to be following directions, following rules and doing exactly what she is supposed to be doing.  She obeys because she knows it is the right thing to do, not just to be recognized or rewarded.  She also has a servant heart.  She helps clean up toys and is willing to help a friend in need.  I have witnessed her many times helping someone zip their coat or lending them a marker.  That is why I am nominating her as Student of the Month.

Kindergarten - Miss Lowry, Riley Heironimus

Riley is a wonderful student.  He meets every challenge and more.  He remembers procedures from one day to the next and listens to details and recalls what has been taught.  I know that I can count on Riley to do the right thing.  If correction is needed he changes right away.  Riley is quick to obey and wants to help.  He puts chairs up at the end of the day and often will step back and let others in front of him as we line up.  He shows a quick mind; he likes a challenge and tries to figure things out on his own.  Riley is a true Student of the Month.

3rd Grade - Mrs. Medaris, Katherine Bishop

Katherine is a sweet young lady.  Her work is not only outstanding, but she goes beyond the requirements and exhibits deeper thinking.  Her understanding of the scriptures and the internalizing of them is beyond her years.  She is always asking, "What more could I do?"  She is helpful to me and to others and always has a kind word.  I am so blessed to have Katherine in my class and believe that she meets all expectations of a GCA Student of the Month.

6th Grade - Mrs. Mitchell, Connor Burnett

Connor is an excellent student.  He portrays Christ-like behavior to both peers and adults.  He consistently completes his work on time with accuracy.  He is honest and thoughtful towards others.  He has a servant's heart and is willing to do what he can for others.  He is very attentive to those around him and does his best to obey classroom and school rules at all times.  His knowledge of God's Word and living it out is exemplary.  Connor is quite worthy of the honor of Student of the Month.
